This design-build project took a waterfront condo at Pasquale Towers, overlooking Erie Basin Marina, from existing space to finished home. The owners wanted a warm, upscale interior that made the most of the marina views. Riff Co. Renovations handled it end to end, from design and 3D renderings through construction.
We opened the main living space around the kitchen and a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace with a reclaimed-wood mantel, the room's centerpiece. Rich cherry cabinetry and granite countertops give the kitchen a warm, finished feel, paired with stainless appliances and hardwood floors that carry through the living area. Every material was chosen to hold up in a waterfront setting while keeping the eye on the water.
