We built the room around a freestanding soaking tub set against dark tile, with a separate walk-in shower finished in white subway tile and outfitted with matte-black fixtures and built-in grab bars for accessibility. A glass-block window brings in daylight while keeping privacy, and soft sage walls warm up the dark palette.
